  • Is 95Bravos.com an American company?
    Absolutely! 95Bravos.com is a US Army veteran-owned, family-operated small business located in Jacksonville, FL.
  • Are your products Made in America?
    Yes and No. Much like many businesses in the US, we order our items from all over the globe, to include the US, and then assemble them here. We purchase from as many US-based/owned businesses as possible, however it is not always feasible to do so. Once we receive the items, we then go about placing the designs on them and then ship them to you. While all of the parts might not be American-made, the final product is American-assembled/finished. If you know of any American companies that manufacture the items we sell, please let us know as we will definitely inquire with them.
  • How long until I receive my order?
    Once your order is received, it can take as little as 1 day to ship or it can take as many as 7 days to ship. It really depends on our workload. We do our best to get the orders out the same/next-day, but sometimes life gets in the way, such as our kid's soccer game or other after-school activity. Family first. After that, we turn it over to the United States Postal Service. We ship via Priority Mail so it should get there as fast as they can get it to you. You are notified via email when your order ships so that you can keep your eyes out for it.
  • I have a return. What now?
    First of all, we apologize in advance. The last thing that we would want to do is disappoint you. We want to make it right and we will. Secondly, drop us a line and tell us what's going on with the item using the Contact Us page. Once we figure out what is going on, we'll get the ball rolling for the return.
